With extensive experience representing clients before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA), the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Government Accounting Office (GAO), Mr. Turner advises contractors of all sizes—from small, disadvantaged businesses to major defense, construction, and service firms—on navigating the full lifecycle of federal government contracting.
