Joshua Sather, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Centre Law & Consulting where he represents government contractors, service members, and industrial professionals navigate their legal challenges. As an Associate Attorney, Joshua guides clients through the complexities of federal procurement law, including bid protests and contract disputes, as well as compliance with the FAR, DFARS, and SBA regulations, among others. Joshua has successfully represented clients before the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
In addition to his government contracts practice, Joshua champions the rights of active and former service members under USERRA, ensuring those who have sacrificed the most for this country receive fair treatment in the workplace.
Before entering the legal profession, Joshua spent nearly a decade in the oil and gas industry, working for some of the largest E&P companies in the world. Joshua oversaw multi-million-dollar energy operations, trained and supervised cross-functional teams, and ensured compliance with stringent federal, state, and local regulations. His first-hand experience in field operations, safety, and regulatory compliance gives him a unique advantage in advising clients in highly regulated and technical industries.
